Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring for overnight cat boarding?

Cats must arrive in a carrier. Please bring your cat’s food pre-bagged, along with any medications or dietary supplements they require. We do offer high-quality food at an additional cost if needed.

This helps us maintain routine and comfort during overnight cat boarding in Santa Barbara.

What are the vaccination requirements?

All cats for overnight boarding are required to have the following vaccinations - FVRCP, Rabies

We also require all cats to be current on flea treatment.

Can I bring toys?

For our overnight boarding, we would love for you to bring 1-2 toys so your cats feel most at home. Please note - If you choose to bring toys, the toy may end up in the common area if your cat carries it out of their Condo. There is the chance of it getting lost or damaged.

Why are your prices higher than other facilities in town?

Because of the size of our facility, we accept smaller numbers of cats which means close supervision and more one-on-one attention given by our caregivers.

Do you accept any other animals for overnight boarding?

Along with our feline friends, we do offer boarding services for a variety of small, friendly household pets. Prices start at $20 per night and vary based on pet, level of care involved, and cage/aquarium size. We require you to bring their cage, aquarium, and usual feed.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
